Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.
Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Shipping
January - July: Orders are shipped Monday - Thursday within 1-2 business days.
August - December: Orders are shipped Monday - Friday within 1-2 business days.
Orders are not shipping during the weekend or on major holidays.

Returns
We accept returns of products in original, like-new condition within 45 days after an order is received. After receipt of the return at our location, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 5 business days. Return and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Eligible products have not been installed and are in their original packaging in like-new condition. If returned products are received within 45 days of receiving your order, there is no restocking fee. After 45 days, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your merchandise credit. No returns are accepted after 60 days.
Upon receipt of your return, your account will be credited for the cost of the products. Shipping charges are not credited.

Shipping
Shipping is complete for the 2024 Christmas Season. Orders placed now will ship January 6, 2025.

Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns
Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.
Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.
Return and original shipping charges are not refunded.
