Shipping
We are currently shipping orders Monday - Thursday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST should ship same day.
Please note: Once an order is placed, it enters the shipping process immediately and cannot be canceled or modified.
To avoid delays, please:
- Verify the wire color of all items.
- Confirm that SPT ratings for cords and hardware are compatible.
- Ensure that bulb bases and cord sockets match.
- For bulk C7/C9 bulbs and cords orders, don't forget gilbert plugs, if required.
- Provide a valid physical address, as we do not ship to PO Boxes.
Holiday Delivery Notices
UPS and FEDEX do not guarantee a delivery date. Deliveries can be delayed for a number of reasons including inclement weather and mechanical failures. High shipping traffic can cause delivery delays.
Air Delivery Guidelines
2-Day air orders shipped on Thursday do not arrive Saturday but should arrive the following Monday. Next-Day orders shipped on Friday do not arrive Saturday but should arrive the following Monday. No orders are delivered on the weekend and the weekend does not count as days in transit.
Include your correct email and telephone so we can contact you immediately if there is an issue
Watch your email account for a shipping confirmation that will contain your tracking number or see that information in your customer account. Know that we are working as quickly as possible to fulfill your orders.
