Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Return and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Couldn't Find What I wanted but Got the Next Best Thing

My net lights have a few twinkle bulbs and those twinkles get the most comments from neighbors and passersby. I wanted about 9 more 2.5v twinkling mini light bulbs but could not find the bulbs at a reasonable price anywhere on the internet. At Christmas Light Source, I DID find a light string using 2.5v bulbs with 25% twinkle light bulbs at a very reasonable price (even with a $2.50 warehouse charge and shipping added on). The string arrived quicker that expected and lit up (with lots of twinkles) during a test. With scavenging, I'll get MANY more twinkle bulbs than wanted MUCH cheaper than had I ordered two bulb packs from other sources. The $2.50 warehouse charge is a bit irksome. Had I ordered a second string there would be NO warehouse charge BUT I don't NEED a second string. Pay the charge as it's cheaper in the long run.
