Calling all crafters! Here’s a simple yet stunning project to add a touch of sparkle to Christmas decorating. This idea uses a single string of green glass mini craft lights with a convenient 36" long lead wire and single male plug—perfect for fitting neatly into your favorite glass containers. Whether it’s a glass block wrapped with a festive bow to resemble a glowing gift or lights tucked into bottles and jars of all shapes and sizes, the possibilities are endless. It’s the perfect way to combine your love for crafting with the magic of light.

This is what the customer shared about this project:

Exactly what I needed

I needed a green light string with a plug on only one end to fit in a christmas decoration. This was the only place I could find one and it's perfect. Also delivered quickly and packaged well.

Handy Tip

When working with glass mini lights, remember: less is more when it comes to filling containers!

Overstuffing a jar, bottle, or block can trap heat, especially if there’s no ventilation. These lights, while beautiful, do warm up during use. Without enough airflow, they can overheat, leading to premature failure and causing the color coating to burn off the bulbs.

To keep your craft creations safe and looking their best, leave some breathing room inside the container and avoid sealing it completely.

Your glowing masterpiece will thank you!
