The connections in rope light are floating and if the rope is coiled at too tight an angle, the connection may be broken. If that should occur, gently ease the bend out of the rope light to possibly rejoin the connections. Also, excessive force used to straighten the rope may break connections along the line.

Splice connectors are included to replace unlit sections. Plug into an outdoor-rated surge protector.

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Orders are not shipped during the weekend or on major holidays.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Can you splice together different colors of your 3/8-inch led rope lights? We are trying to wrap our palm trees like candy canes - red and white. Thank you in advance for your help. help

Yes, different colors of the exact same style of rope light can be run together as long as the maximum run length is not exceeded. (See specification table above.) A candy cane palm tree sounds like a very fun project!
What type of rope light could be wound tighter ? ALso, what were the dolphins made with?

The dolphins were made with this 10mm spool by one of our customers. They illustrate a careful installation around some pretty close angles.

Works Great!!

I received the rope lights ahead of schedule, and they worked great! Very pleased, and will buy again. I have used several different brands for my outdoor decorations, and these LED lights hold up the best. No problems!! BTW, easy to paint for different scenes.

Looks great when it works

I used this produce to outline a large church facility. The lights work great on the roof. I'm very pleased. I also used these lights to wrap two large hand railings on either side of a walking ramp that leads to the front door of our facility. Prior to wrapping the railings the lights were plugged in and worked perfectly. After wrapping, there are 2 sections on the two stands used that did not light up. ** I'm glad these lights worked well for your project. Usually, these rope light don't give folks issues. Most of the time if sections go out during installation, they have been wound tightly enough to separate the floating contacts inside the rope. Please gently unwind the areas to see if this restores the connections. If this doesn't correct the issue, please let us know by replying back to your order confirmation email.**
