Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

I've ordered purple C7 LED bulbs from several suppliers. The problem is when turned on they look pink. Is yours a true purple color when lit? Thx

Hello,
Most purple Christmas lights do throw some pink. The LED will be slightly less pink but it is a challenge to find a true grape jelly purple. Here is a link to our purple LED lights. We don’t alter the images so these images are pretty accurate though there can be different results on different monitors.

We have found it best not to mix purple lights with purple bows or ribbons but to choose silver, gold, or a complementary color so it doesn’t make the purple look more pink by comparison. I hope this helps explain what you are seeing.
