Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

These SMD LEDs are warm and bright. Definitely go for these over the older non-SMDs which are a bit dull. Thankfully, almost all the lights on this store are SMDs so we're in good hands here.

Great orange LED C9 bulbs

These orange C9 LED bulbs have the same good color as the old-fashioned incandescent ones, and the same brightness. And of course they don't get hot and use much less energy, being LEDs. So I'm very happy with them!
