Warranty
Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.
Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Shipping
Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.
Orders are not shipped during the weekend or on major holidays.

Returns
Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.
Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.
Return and original shipping charges are not refunded.

I have been looking for this style of clips for the last couple of years. I purchased this clip about 3 years ago when I bought all new LED lights for my outside Christmas Lights . Of course I didn't buy enough and when I went back for more, they were out. I had to supplement the new clips with some old ones. Needless to say the new clips worked fantastic while the old ones were like limp noodles and I wasn't satisfied. So I have been looking for more of this fantastic clip. Finally I got on line and found them here. I am really glad to have found the clips and this site where I can buy just about everything that I need for my Christmas Decorations.
