Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

I bought used yard stakes. I screwed in one light but it didn't work. Does every stake need a lightbulb to work? Thanks

Hello,
Since we don't sell integrated lights and stakes, it's hard to say.
If you've tested the bulb in a separate cord and it works, it sounds like you might need to fill every socket. Check for tags or see if the set is described as parallel wired on any packaging that might have accompanied the sets.
Consider performing a visual examination of the light set to ensure it is in good working order. There may be damage to the wiring harness.
