Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Orders are not shipped during the weekend or on major holidays.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

So Far So Good

I ordered these late in the season so I only had them on the bushes for about a week, but I am happy so far. I am really happy with the wrapping of each light that has prevented water to enter the bulbs. Living in the Pacific NW, there is a lot of rain in November and December. Most of the other lights I took down had water and even ice in the bulbs, but these were dry. I'm hoping that means they will last a lot longer!

Expensive, but worth it

I was skeptical about this product because it was a good $5 more than green net lights I could get locally, but when the order came I found out why the price differential. This is a really well-made product. The wires are thick with insulation to protect from the elements and the connections are high quality. This is essentially a commercial-grade produce, so the price was worth it.
