Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

orings

I have just install these o-rings on the up facing sockets. It rained before I installed them so the sockets had some water in them. The o-rings are easy to install and provide a tight fit around the bulb. I believe they will stop water from getting in the sockets

Excellent! I'm using these as a retrofit on my old Noma Christmas lights that I like to still use. They fit perfectly and I think are a better option than the boxes of the old 50 year old washers that originally came with the lights. Thank-you! I'll be ordering more as I work on pulling off my "Griswald Christmas".
