Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Ordered a large supply of Green bulbs a few years ago, and they have lasted, as good as expected. Now I need to re-stock my red bulbs. Used a few of them, and the color is a perfect match to the existing strands.

Great purchase

I ordered red and white C9 bulbs and ordered extra ones just in case. Delivered as promised, well package, found only 1 red bulb broken but that is the reason I ordered extra in case of any mishaps. All the bulbs worked and look great!

Just like what I remembered
