Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

C7 O Rings

Arrived quickly. They are keeping dirt, and water out of the sockets very well.
Exactly what I was looking for.

Very Nice

I bought 400 feet of LED light strings and also bought these as the lights will be installed pointing upright outside. They are easy to install and seem to make a good seal with the bulb. If I decide to add more lights, I'll buy these again.

C7 Rubber O-ring

Purchased more rubber O-rings because they did a great job of keeping the snow out of the sockets which would cause them to crack and break without them.
