Warranty

Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Great product!

This is my second time ordering from this site for lights for my apartment! And I love them! The only thing is when I ordered the second time to buy the 8ft curtain lights, one of the strands had exposed wire. They're still working and look great in my patio but I'm afraid they won't last long in the Florida weather ): Other than that I love the lights I've purchased from here! Lights were what expected and looked great

Worked Beautifully

I ordered these as a backdrop for my wedding this past weekend, and they were beautiful. The only issue I had was with the wall I was trying to put them on - hooks and tape would not stick, and the lights have some weight to them. One thing to know when you order - the plug is at the top on the end, so you need to run a cable up to where you hang them in order to plug them in.
