Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

If one bulb goes out does the rest of the string stay lit?

If one LED goes out, the other will stay on unless the wiring or socket is damaged. In addition to exposure to the elements, surges on electrical lines are the number one thing that damage LED light strings and causes the bulbs to fail. So, be sure to plug them into a surge protector.

I will be using these light all year round. They are nice an bright. I have a bare cedar tree in front of my dining room window which has bird feeders hanging from it with 8 strings of these light on it. Beautiful in the evening all year long. We will see how long these last.

These arrived quickly and has easy to read labels. We liked these but wish we had requested white wire as these were to go around windows. They were not long enough to go all the way around so only 3/4 of the window had lights. It still looked good, but wish we were more detailed about our needs....the brightness of the lights is great.
