Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. During this peak season, orders are leaving the warehouse in 1-2 business days. We are doing everything we can to process and ship orders as quickly as we can.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

Classic look

I have these C9 LEDs outlining the front roofline of my house. I was a little concerned they wouldn't be very bright being spaced 1ft apart, but they light up the place quite nicely and I really like the warm white look. They've also proved durable, as I had my three young kids help screw them into the cord sockets without any breaks!

Wonderful soft white glow, low energy usage, and they do not heat up my nearby wall. I use them to light the stairway for my husband's vision impairment so they are on all of the time.

I was so pleased with the appearance of these LED replacements for the conventional C9 bulb. They look great on my Victorian building. I feel I am a stickler for detail and these met even my minimum standards.

Looks Great

The lights look great I just don’t have enough of them! I need 180 and have just 50! Have to wait until they are back in stock. They look fine with the regular C-9 lights. Thank you very much! Merry Christmas!
