Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Returns

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page. Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. Hi, I just purchased 150 of the pure white C9 LED bulbs and they look great. However my wife wants to know if it is possible to dim them just a bit . If so what kind of dimmer would you recommend? Thanks Larry Mann

Yes you can dim them. The type of dimmer depends on the application. I would suggest going to your local hardware store and discussing it with an associate. There are many ways to do it.

Really nice bulbs

I just put up my lights that I purchased nearly one year ago - at the time I opted to go for the more expensive C9 LED SMD dimmable bulbs. They are quite stunning...all 250 of them! However, this year after I put them up, I noticed three that were not operating. Okay, I thought...I must not have screwed them in enough. Well, it turns out that they are burnt out. I understand that LED, like any bulb, has a lifespan, but I expected more than one season from them. I've called Christmas Light Source to see if they'll replace them for me...got a quick call back and no problem, they'll send me 3 replacements! Now that's first class customer service...which is why I recommend them wherever and whenever I can!
