Please test your lights when you receive them! Everyone is happier when we resolve issues quickly.

Our warranty for all our products is 90 days of normal, seasonal use. If a product is defective or fails during the 90 days following receipt of your order, please contact us right away by replying to your order confirmation email. Please include photos of the issue and a photo of your product item number, if applicable. We will work with you to troubleshoot the problem, and if the issue is not easily and quickly resolved, we will correct the situation.

Like-new, uninstalled products may be returned for a credit to the form of payment used during checkout. Please reach out to us to request return instructions. Reply to your order confirmation email us via our contact page.

Orders must be returned within 30 days of requesting return instructions. After receipt of the return, the amount of the purchase price should be credited within 7 business days.

I need replacement lights for this string of lights. Are they available? 100-bulb Red Green Clear Frost Mini Lights, 4" Spacing, Green Wire ML-1004TRADG

Hello, we do not sell individual replacement bulbs but these lights are still available for purchase. You can transfer bulbs from a complete set to replace bulbs that have gone out in your existing strings.
Please switch bulbs out in this way only if you are replacing bulbs in sets identical to these light strings. Light strings from other manufacturers may be rated for a different voltage and will not be compatible. They may also have a different base configuration.
Replacing the bulbs when you see them start to go out is a great idea and can extend the life of the set. Keep in mind that these sets last for about 3000 hours of operation.

Beautiful and bright

Lovely mini lights. We bought 15 strings and all arrived in full working order. We love the look of multi-colored lights, but wanted something different. These pretty red, green, clear and frosted lights definitely set the Christmas mood!
