Orders are shipping Monday - Thursdays with orders placed before 2:00 pm CST shipped same day. Orders are immediately entered into the shipping queue and cannot be canceled or changed.

To avoid delays, please:

• Verify the wire color of all items.
• Confirm that SPT ratings for cords and hardware are compatible.
• Ensure that bulb bases and cord sockets match.
• For bulk C7/C9 bulbs and cords orders, don't forget gilbert plugs, if required.
• Provide a valid physical address, as we do not ship to PO Boxes.
